It depends on the model. There are equipment with ATEX, IECEx, Japan Ex (JPEx), UL, China Ex (NEPSI), Korea Ex (KCs), India Ex (PESO) and Taiwan Ex (ITRI). Tell us which standard you need to comply with in your plant and we will confirm if the model meets it.

The portable one is worn by a person or is used to check an area before entering. The fixed head is installed permanently at a point in the plant and is connected to an alarm panel to monitor that area all the time.

Yes, we directly calibrate the portable and fixed gas detectors that we distribute. For the steel dust meters SDM-72 and SDM-73, we coordinate directly with New Cosmos Electric. We also sell spare parts: replacement sensors, hoses, sample tubes for SDM-72/SDM-73, and filters.

It is an accessory that cools, drains, and filters the gas sample before it reaches an extractive detector head, to protect it in hot or humid points like paint drying ovens, where the suction tube would get clogged with drainage or tar.

Combustible gases, toxic ones like H2S and CO, oxygen, refrigerants, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), environmental odors, and steel dust in grease or oil (SDM-72/SDM-73). The exact sensor depends on the model.
